This recipe is guaranteed to make your house smell like heaven for hours. How? Baked eggplants. Here's how you can make this smokey, creamy and a flavorful baba Ghanouj dip.
Ingredients
1 Large eggplant
1 Clove garlic
3 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 Tsp salt
1 Tsp chopped parsley
Steps
Wash your eggplant from any dirt
Punch the eggplany 2 or 3 holes in the skin using a knife or a fork
Wrap in aluminium foil and bake for 450-500 degrees for 45minutes or untl soft
Let it cool down and peel the skin off
Crush garlic with the salt
Add the lemon juice and the tahini and mix well
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until reaching the right consistency
Place and serving dish and sprinkle with parsley on top
Recipe Note
This dip is best served with Pita bread, of course, but we also suggest adding pomegranate molasses on top for extra sour taste.
