It's rich, creamy, perfectly smooth, nutty and tangy. It's Tahini. You can find it blended into hummus or baba ganoush, drizzled over meat or fish and added to your favorite sandwich; Shawarma.
Ingredients
1/3 Cup tahini
4 Tbsp water
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Clove garlic
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
Steps
Crush the garlic with the salt
Add tahini with the lemon juice
Slowly add in the water
Mix together well
Add more water if the sauce was too thick to reach the creamy consistency
Add your parsley, after your remove the stems
Mix all together
Recipe Note
We suggest you add it to your favorite meat and fish sandwitch, drizzle it in a zig zag movement until it coats your meats.
