If you love shrimp, then this one is for you. Whether you want to use it as an appetizer, or a main dish, this recipe fits everywhere. Combined with the juiciness of the shrimp and the char of the grill, there won't be any skewers left. Here's how to make it.
1-2 Lbs shrimp
1/3 Cup lemon juice
1 Tsp salt
1 Head garlic
Thoroughly clean your shrimp.
Peel the garlic and smash with salt to bring out the oils in it.
Add to lemon juice and marinate shrimp at least two hours or overnight.
Place the shrimps on wooden skewers and barbecue them over open coals, turning them often.
Note: This is best served with white rice or a salad on the side.
