You know it's summertime when your neighbors are grilling outside, and you get that whiff of Shish Kebabs mixed with the scent of grilled onions and peppers. Well, we're here to teach you how to make it on your own, especially when you're having friends coming over.

2 Lbs meat (New York, filet mignon, top sirloin)
1 Green bell pepper, cut in thick strips
1 Pkg cherry tomatoes
1 Large onion, cut in wedges
1 Tbsp Cavenders all-purpose Greek seasoning (found in Middle Eastern, Greek or other specialty shops, or substitute any seasonings you like)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/3 Tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp vinegar
Steps
Cut your meat into large cubes.
Wash the pepper and tomatoes.
Peel and slice the onion into wedges.
Mix seasonings, vinegar, salt and pepper and spread over meat; let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Skewer alternately the meat, pepper, tomato and onion.
Barbecue over coals 10-25 minutes, turning frequently until done to your taste.
