Ground Meat Kebabs (Kafta)
Kafta kebabs are a huge crowd pleaser, and the possibilities of what to serve alongside them are endless, from fattoush, to tabouleh, to hummus and baba ghanouj dips. You name it! Here's the recipe on how to make it.
1 Lb ground round meat (or lamb if you like)
1 Small onion, chopped very fine
1/2 Tsp salt
1/3 Tsp pepper
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped very fine
Prepare onion and parsley; add it with salt and pepper to meat, mixing well.
Press meat mixture around 2/3 of skewer, pressing well onto stick.
Barbecue, turning frequently, for 10-15 minutes.
