An easy toss with some nutritious ingredients that you can serve with any main dish on the side. Here's the green salad recipe everyone should need.

Ingredients
1/2 Head romaine lettuce
2 Small tomatoes
1/2 Medium cucumber
1/2 Medium green pepper
1/2 Medium sweet red onion
4 Radishes
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp olive oiL
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Clove garlic
Steps
Chop the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, peel and slice the cucumber, peel and slice the red onion, slice the radishes and chop fresh parsley.
Crush the garlic with salt.
In small bowl add garlic, vinegar and olive oil, mixing well.
Add to salad approximately 10 minutes before serving.
