Packed with proteins, super easy to make and super refreshing. Here's our feta cheese salad.

Ingredients
1 Cucumber, sliced
3-4 Tomatoes, wedged
1/2 Medium green pepper, sliced
4-5 Green onions, chopped
1/2 Head romaine lettuce
1 Tsp dried oregano
12-17 Mixed green & black olives
1/4 Lb. feta cheese, cubed
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup vinegar
1 Large clove garlic
1/2 Tsp salt; black pepper to taste
Steps
Dressing
Crush the garlic with salt, add vinegar, olive oil and oregano.
Mix well and pour onto salad.
Sprinkle with black pepper and mix well.
Place all the vegetables in large salad bowl.
Add feta cheese and toss lightly.
