Ingredients
1 Small head cabbage
4-5 Green onions
2 Small tomatoes
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 Cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp chopped mint, fresh or dried
1 Clove garlic
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 Tsp salt, to taste
Steps
Chop the cabbage, green onions, parsley, and mint.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Place all in a large bowl. Crush garlic with salt; mix lemon juice and oil into garlic and salt; add to vegetables and toss thoroughly.
