It's French, so it's fancy. Dijon has a unique mixture of spices that includes herbs , wine vinegar, and black pepper which makes it so sharp, sour and tangy.
1/3 Cup white wine vinegar
1/3 Tsp salt
1/3 Tsp black pepper
1/3 Cup olive oil
1 Tsp herb of your choice or dry mint
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Add white wine vingar to Dijon Mustard
Mix it all well
Mix in the oil slowly
Add the salt, black pepper and the herbs
We suggest you serve it on fancier lettuces such as Bibb, romaine, endive, butter etc.
