A classic, extra juicy, super easy potato salad that reminds you of your backyard barbecue childhood memories. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients
2-3 Boiled potatoes, cubed
1-2 Tomatoes
1/2 Medium green pepper
2-3 Green onions
1/2 Medium cucumber
3-4 Radishes
1/3 Cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp fresh or dried mint
1 Clove garlic
1/2 Cup lemon juice
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 Tsp salt, to taste
Steps
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes; peel and slice cucumbers and radishes.
Cut the tomatoes and green pepper into wedges; chop the green onions, parsley, and mint.
Crush garlic with salt; add lemon juice and olive oil, mixing well. Add to vegetables and stir well.
