Triggering all your childhood memories with meat on a short bread. Its distinct delicious smell and how ridiculously easy to be made would make you make it every other Sunday. Here's how you can make Lahmajun.

Ingredients
1 Lb ground meat (beef, lamb or chicken)
1 Onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped fine
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tomato
1/3 Tsp black pepper
4 Cups self-rising flour
1/3 Tsp salt
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 Tsp yeast
2 Cups water
To prepare the dough
Steps
Cut the top from the tomato, remove the seeds and turn the tomato upside down to remove its juice. Then chop finely.
Mix the ground meat, onions, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper and set them aside.
Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup of warm water. Mix flour, salt, and vegetable oil together.
Add 1 and 1/2 cups water and yeast to the mixture and blend, adding additional table spoons of water to mixture if not sticky enough.
Divide into small pizza pie portions and roll 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Add the meat mixture to rolled dough and bake 350° until meat mixture is done and dough has a golden brown color.
Recipe Note
Note: Pillsbury rolls can also be used for this recipe.
