A nice combination of spices, yogurt and meat all in one ball. The yogurt would cut in the edge of these spices and combined with meat, it's just pure heaven. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients
1 Lb ground beef
1/2 Onion chopped
2 Pita bread rounds, toasted
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp paprika
1/3 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Cup pine nuts
1 Clove garlic
18-Oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 Cups water
2 Cups plain yogurt
Steps
Mix ground the beef with chopped onion, parsley, salt and pepper; make kofta balls or small finger-shaped balls.
Pour some vegetable oil in frying pan and fry the kofta; remove it from heat and drain on paper towels.
Place tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and paprika in a large pan and cook over medium heat to boiling.
Add the kofta and let it cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
Toast some pita bread and cut them into small pieces.
Crush garlic with salt and add it to the yogurt.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring.
Prepare all items 1/2 hour before serving.
Place pita bread in a serving dish and pour the kofta with tomato sauce over bread.
Add the yogurt sauce and mix all together; sprinkle with pine nuts. (You may toast pine nuts first if you like.)
